Date | December 12, 2018
Location | Pendleton Heights Neighborhood
Time | 12 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Do you like old houses? Do you like to steal ideas from creative people’s homes? Do you eat food? Then this event was made for you!
What originally began as a means to showcase the Victorian homes of Pendleton Heights and draw in the next wave of urban pioneers, our annual homes tour has evolved into something more, and will continue to as the years fly by. We open the doors to five homes and invite you in to see how we’ve grown.
This year, homes will be centered around the Community Orchard at the intersection of Lexington and Montgall. Stay tuned for photos of the homes.
We’ll have a selection of food trucks at the Community Orchard, at the intersection of Lexington and Montgall, to keep your tummy full and your mind focused.
Pick up some beautiful items from the artist market at 2200 Lexington Avenue. The pop up will be open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. so you can take in the work of local artists (most are residents of PH) and do some holiday shopping while you’re at it. The artist market is free and open to the public.
Tickets for the Homes Tour are $12 in advance, $15 at the door. All proceeds benefit Pendleton Heights Neighborhood Association.
